Jessica Kohout received her PhD in Sociology (applied) from the University of Denver. Previously, she served as Director of the Center for Workforce Studies at the American Psychological Association in Washington, DC consistently expanding  the Association’s  library of data on demographics, the education pipeline and workforce issues. She is a professional writer, presenter and liaison developer active across federal and regional government agencies, professional associations and nationally among colleges and universities. She is experienced in federally funded program evaluation projects focused on arson prevention, family violence prevention and community based crime prevention. Jessica works with clients to assess needs and identify viable solutions at all levels of government/organization.
