Jessica Hammersla is an experienced research, evaluation, and assessment professional in education and the workforce. Topics include planning for PreK-12 student enrollment and capacity and the assessment of PreK-6 instructional content, student readiness, cognitive abilities, and achievement in a variety of subjects - most notably in language, literacy, math, and social emotional learning (SEL). Additional areas include workplace training, leadership development evaluation, and post-secondary education and workforce analytics. She is skilled in managing research-related projects and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute quantitative and qualitative studies; integrate technology into data processes; and turn complex data into actionable insights and visualizations using tools, such as ArcGIS Pro, Excel, Power BI, and SPSS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a Concentration in Assessment, Evaluation, and Testing from George Mason University.
